Single Source Content Management
Utilized DITA methodologies to create single-source XML libraries to support enterprise-level IT network management solution software. Deliverables: Implementation guide, user manual, release notes, best-practice white papers, and on-line help for multiple platforms. Collaborated with international services, development, and QA teams to document software functionality and installation requirements. |

Instructional Design and Training
Created task-based training manuals, administrator guides, and multi-media training materials to support the implementation of ERP, CRM, and service management software. Training was designed for highly technical international users, such as network administrators, DBMs, and system implementors. Developed, delivered, and refined instructor-led training materials (print, slides, job aids) and conducted train-the-trainer sessions for client's staff, partners, and services consultants.

Configuration and Process Documentation
Worked with the information services group to develop a software configuration management and control policy that combined processes and procedures for five separate divisions. Project included analysis of federal regulations and audit requirements, procedure gap analysis, drafting of company-wide policy mandating full life-cycle software configuration management, and developing process flow diagrams and requirements templates to codify the program's development and maintenance efforts.

Ghostwriting and Web Content
Researched, wrote, and edited copy for speeches, web sites, and industry publications. Drafted business plans, press releases, services agreements, and position statements. Collaboration with graphic teams to design illustrations, presentations, and collateral materials.
